Fulfill orders in accordance with stated delivery terms and evidence standards.
Cooperate fully with Platform investigations, information requests, and enforcement actions.
Bear sole responsibility for product safety, compliance, delivery performance, warranties, and statutory obligations.
The Platform may monitor activity, review content, analyze transactions, and investigate suspected violations at its discretion. The Platform may request documentation, evidence, or explanations from any user and may rely on system logs, application records, delivery evidence, and third-party confirmations. The Platform is not obligated to provide prior notice before initiating an investigation.
Upon actual or suspected violation of this Policy, the Platform may, individually or cumulatively and without prior warning where legally permitted:
Delist products or content.
Suspend or restrict accounts or eShops.
Terminate Buyer or Vendor access permanently.
Withhold, delay, or reverse settlements and payouts.
Impose penalties, fees, or financial offsets.
Report conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Failure or delay by the Platform to enforce this Policy does not constitute a waiver of its rights. Enforcement decisions are taken to protect the Platform and its users and do not create precedents.
Termination or suspension under this Policy does not relieve Vendors of outstanding obligations, liabilities, or responsibilities, including regulatory compliance, refunds, chargebacks, or indemnities. Content licenses and evidence records may be retained as required for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.
