Change Control (Amendments) Clause

This Law Enforcement Playbooks document may be amended, replaced, or supplemented by the Platform at its sole discretion to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory expectations, risk exposure, operational practices, or enforcement priorities.

Amendments may take effect immediately upon internal adoption and do not require prior notice to Vendors, Buyers, or other users, except where mandatory law requires notice or consent.

Amendments to this document do not, by themselves, modify any public-facing Terms, Policies, or EULAs unless and until corresponding amendments are formally adopted in those documents through their own amendment mechanisms.

Where an amendment to this document necessitates changes to public-facing documents, such changes must be identified and propagated expressly in accordance with the Project change management rules.

This document is internal, non-contractual, and does not create rights, remedies, or expectations for any Vendor, Buyer, or third party.
