The EKF PROxima magnetic starter CME is a complete device consisting of a compact CME contactor, RTE thermal relay, enclosure with cable glands, and control buttons. The starters are designed for remote start by direct connection to the network and stop of three-phase asynchronous squirrel-cage rotor electric motors with AC voltage up to 400 V, as well as for protecting electric motors from overloads of unacceptable duration and overcurrents occurring when one of the phases is broken. When using CME contactors 0910 â CME 3210, a plastic enclosure is used; with CME 4011 â CME 9511 contactors, a metal enclosure is used.
